Supporting & Educating Florida's Agricultural Community

Equestrian Arena

The Bob Thomas Equestrian Center was built by horsemen for horsemen. Located beneath towering grandfather oak trees, the equestrian center includes exercise grounds, warm-up rings, two show rings, and a Gran Prix Ring. The Stampede Covered 314′ x 165′ Arena shields both horse and rider from the hot sun and rain showers while providing safe footing. The expertly designed grounds provide easy access to all rings and stalls making it the premier show facility for competition in the Southeast. Guests and spectators enjoy seating in shaded bleachers or grassy hill.

The 11,000 square foot indoor pavilion can accommodate exhibitor banquets and festival seating overlooking the show rings, all in a climate-controlled environment. There’s plenty of room to spread out too, with 471 permanent stalls in five barns, plus ample parking for vehicles and trailers. On-site camping hook-ups are conveniently located near the facility. Indoor restrooms round out the list of exhibitor’s amenities.

From youth to Olympic qualifiers; exhibitors and their horses travel here from throughout the world to compete at the Bob Thomas Equestrian Center. The size and type of horse show is almost limitless.

The facility is staffed by service oriented people who have been involved in the horse show industry for over twenty years. This staff has the knowledge and ability to provide world class support to local, national and international horse shows.
